The next time January 31st falls on a Wednesday is in 2029, so I think there are probably times still available. Just to be safe, though, you should call them to confirm. You will enjoy the tram because of the good ventilation which provides a lot of protection from bodily odors emitted by other passengers. That enables you to watch the scenery go by without having to deal with the distraction of somebody else’s gas. Have fun.
