We walked over to this rail station from the Novotel Hotel, after 15 minutes. The art deco front gives a touch of timeless classic to this open-air national rail station with nice interior tiles.Full review by ToniT1079

If you're in Dakar, you ought to visit. There isn't much to see, but the country is improving its rail system. We stayed at the Ibis Hotel (beside the French Embassy) and it was an easy walk.Full review by 626ji
