Yes the trails are accessible during the Winter months.

is this free as someone mentioned? don't you need a day pass (at least) to enter, especially if from out of state? thanks!
A:
If you are driving, all state parks require a parking permit if you go past the gate house. The falls area is before that part of the park, so I believe it is free to visit.

Are there showers?
A:
There are free showers available in the campgrounds for registered campers to use. The water is turned on from usually early May to mid October.

Is there a place to rent bikes here?

There is bike and helmet rentals at the J. Gregers Inn.Which is very close by!
