You could get a taxi, it would probably cost you $5.00. Walking is far an the bus would leave you in the road where you would still need to walk. Either way, the route is from the market …

You could get a taxi, it would probably cost you $5.00. Walking is far an the bus would leave you in the road where you would still need to walk. Either way, the route is from the market towards the Panamericana road via Ibarra (North), you pass the circle and then two blocks to the right and then straight until you teach the railroad, then make a left until you find the parking space for the Peguche waterfall, by car about 8 minutes, by foot maybe 45 minutes. There is no entrance fee but the community will ask you for a dontation. There are crafts for sale too. Enjoy
