Because of the pandemic, there’s not a lot of tourists/visitors or people lining up to get tickets which to me is good. There’s lots of time available for you. Just make sure you get there before five in the afternoon as that is when they close. Enjoy.

Hi We drove from Jasper to Banff and then on to Calgary in mid-September in a normal car, however, we did see signs in the Jasper/Banff national park advising that some through roads would be closed I believe the end of October If you try the Jasper National Park website they can tell you the snow depths however beware that some of the minor roads to the sites are twisty and could be dangerous A 4 wheel drive is a must with hot drinks /food, warm clothes just in case ! Hope this doesn't sound too discouraging but ask on line

I would leave 3-4 hours to climb to the top - we had only about 2 hours as we got there later in the day than we expected and had to get one of the last shuttles back down. Some of our …
I would leave 3-4 hours to climb to the top - we had only about 2 hours as we got there later in the day than we expected and had to get one of the last shuttles back down. Some of our group were able to go partway to the top, but not all the way. Be sure to check the time that the last tram comes down and plan accordingly. Enjoy.
