Kevin is a former St. Mary's County and Baltimore City Assistant State Prosecutor. Since 2008 he has been providing detailed and focused representation to those charged with DUI and criminal offenses. Kevin appears in court throughout Maryland and also on the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
