Hi, I Hope your doing well, Sure I will be happy to advice, On Kilimanjaro 5 days before the summit night you can wear long flees with down jacket on top during the morning and evening because it gets cold. On summit night you can wear 4 layers on top plus down jacket/wind breaker. Then down you can wear 3 layers plus ski trouser. Make sure you have clean socks and you have enough space in your hiking shoes - do not make it tight. My agency - Habari Adventure had a fantastic tent with amazing sleeping bag -25C. Make sure you use all equipment's that can keep you warm. You can email my best local agent I used them on Kilimanjaro hike and safari. The best route is Lemosho Route 7 or 8days will be perfect as it offers extra time for acclimatization, We also have groups you can join on 2021 you can share experience with other climbers .
