However you're not allowed to swim in turtle beach. But if you wanna swim in monkey beach, still be carefull cause there are jelly fishes there too

You can park at the fishermen community parking lot. They only charge you around rm3 per entrance

It is an open area. So I don't think there is any operation hours. As far as it is bright day then it is save to walk around. It took about an hour plus to walk to the monkey beach. Must go. …
