Not only did I find the reply to this rude, I also didn’t understand the reason provided which didn’t link to the question. However, I would fully understand why dogs would not be allowed i.e. dogs (of any size) can scare or even harm animales if not controlled. As dog owners staying in a lodge where dogs are not allowed to be left alone and with children who enjoy visiting farm parks, asking whether dogs are allowed is a perfectly reasonable question - yet this query has rudely been dismissed.
Q:
Can you take your own food on to the premises?
A:
Yes you can. You’re only allowed to eat your own food outside, but they have a really good under cover picnic area.
