We purchased ours when we arrived and didn't have a problem. I think the only time there would be a problem would be around Remembrance day in November or the summer tourist season. We arrived when the museum opened and there was only 1 other couple taking the Cupola tour with us which made it very nice.
Q:
Is there parking available?
A:
There is a parking lot across the street.
