Very crowded and touristy. You basically just wait in line to take a picture and then leave. Not a place to spend time or take pictures of the waterfall.Full review by Jessica A

Quick stop on an excursion. Very pretty area. But, we came on a bus with our excursion and I understand that getting there can be expensive.Full review by Linda K
How long would it take to get to the waterfall from the cruise ship pier? Also, are there any stairs or rough terrain, if so, how many.
A:
We went on guided tour which is very good as you get some history the waterfall is part of tour. I think time from harbour was approximately 30 minutes
