I do know that there are no private events of any kind allowed in Town Point Park. There are a number of Athletic Fields, Picnic Fields and Open Shelters available around Norfolk but you need to reserve and pay to use them. Go to Norfolk.gov to find out more info about these. Hope this helps!

I believe that, due to security considerations, tours onboard the Naval Station have been discontinued. You can, however, take the Victory Rover out of Town Point Park/Nauticus which sails past the base and you can see the ships from that vantage point. Hope that this helps.
