Outstanding area if natural beauty . So peaceful and relaxing . Met two lovely Ducks Nanci and Peter , very friendly and made us feel instantly at home .Full review by Venture05361818303

Very pleasant park, with a walk around the lake. All the usual attractions - ducks, geese & swans, and a cafe for a cuppa. Full review by Y5697UZandream

in a word No fishing and you might get some diving in after the swans

No, I don’t remember seeing any signs requiring dogs to be on leads. However, there are a lot of cyclists about, so this could be a problem if your dog doesn’t like bikes.

No, there is no boating on the lakes, the lower lake is for fishing only and the upper lake is for remote controlled boats only.

Absolutely. There is a firm pathway that runs round the park and then is a lot of flat grass area.
