You can take regular Fujikyuko Bus route from Kawaguchiko Station to where you want to be; ask attending staff(they are usually attending the loop bus lines outside the Kawaguchiko station, just ask them) where to wait for the regular route bus. You then ride it by paying single fare. First you need to board the bus from the middle entrance. There will be a self-dispensing boarding ticket box on the right as you step up to the bus. You pull a piece of small paper out which is your boarding ticket. It should have a designated number printed on it. You then refer that number to the fare board shown above driver's left side position. Before you get off your stop, check the fare that matches with your number printed on the paper ticket and pay it by inserting your money to the money box and drop your slip to the slip box(driver will help you if you don't know how, but he/she will not collect your payment). You may google and read about Fujikyuko Bus company's official website bus-en.fujikyu for how to ride the bus and the bus fares.
