ATLANTA — A chaotic and violent night unfolded along Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta from Sunday into Monday morning, as police responded to a shooting involving 11 victims, one of them killed.

ATLANTA — An investigation is underway after multiple people were injured in overnight shootings in Atlanta, according to witnesses. Officers said they found one person on the ground who died from their injuries. Atlanta police responded to reports of multiple shootings on Edgewood Avenue and Hilliard Street.

The shooting erupted around 1:30 a.m. at a streetcar stop in the city’s Sweet Auburn neighborhood, police said.
