Brighton & Hove Albion are reportedly demanding €120 million (£104 million, $139.4 million) for Carlos Baleba as Manchester United mull over a move for the 21-year-old midfielder.

Brighton's hierarchy reportedly believe Baleba has the potential to be as valuable as Moises Caicedo, whom they sold to Chelsea. Caicedo completed the transfer to Stamford Bridge, for a British record fee of £115million, in 2023.

Manchester United have contacted Brighton to express their interest in Carlos Baleba, but any deal is expected to be extremely expensive, posing a big problem for their recruitment team
