Celebrity Cruises has ordered a sixth Edge Series ship, slated for delivery in 2028, in partnership with Chantiers de l'Atlantique.

The ship is scheduled for delivery in 2028 and will be a sister of the Celebrity Xcel, which will debut in November.

Edge 6 or the ‘ Xcel 2 ’ will become the sister-ship to Celebrity Xcel, which launches in November this year. The other Edge Series ships include Celebrity Ascent , Celebrity Beyond , Celebrity Apex, and Celebrity Edge.
