Taiwan’s Foxconn said on Monday it has launched its first large language model and plans to use the technology to improve manufacturing and supply chain management.

The world’s largest contract electronics maker said Monday it has built its own large language model with reasoning capabilities, developed in-house and trained in just four weeks.

Hon Hai Research Institute, a research centre by Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn), launched a traditional Chinese large language model (LLM) code-named FoxBrain on Monday.
