Chelsea and Ajax have reached an agreement over the signing of Jorrel Hato for a fee in excess of €40million plus a sell-on clause, subject to approval from the Dutch club’s supervisory board. Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign defender Jorrel Hato from Ajax, sources have told ESPN. The 19-year-old will join the Premier League club in a deal worth €46.5 million ($53m) excluding bonuses, sources told ESPN NL. Chelsea's original offer was rejected last week.
