ATLANTA —Facing his locker, Yankees pitcher Max Fried was getting ready to head outside to do some throwing when he turned around and noticed a pack of reporters standing a few feet away looking his way. “Oh, OK, I guess we can do this now,” Fried said Friday before the Yankees’ first game after the All-Star break.

Max Fried is aiming to return against the Blue Jays after a blister setback, bringing his stellar pitching back to the Yankees' rotation.

The New York Yankees have seen Cy Young-level production from their ace, Max Fried, this year. But Fried recently went down with a blister injury.
