A woman was killed and another was injured after being mauled by dogs at a San Bernardino park on Thursday, July 31, police said. Officers responded to reports of a dog attack at Perris Hill Park around 5 p.m., Capt. Nelson Carrington of the San Bernardino Police Department said. The attack took place near a homeless encampment, he said.
