According to CBS 4, online records show the appeal was filed on Tuesday, a day after the full 43-second "Bridge Guy" video was leaked online.

In video never before seen outside the courtroom, a man purported to be convicted murderer Richard Allen is seen approaching the teen victims before infamously saying, "Down the hill."

Allen's attorneys also seek reconsideration of a motion to correct error, which questions the timeline laid out by the prosecution at trial and whether exculpatory evidence was withheld.
