School districts across Northeast Ohio have canceled classes today as a precaution from the extreme cold that has settled over the region. Most of Northern Ohio is under a cold weather advisory issued by the National Weather Service.

Extremely cold temperatures have arrived in Northeast Ohio and with wind chills forecasted to stay below zero degrees through Wednesday morning, several area schools have already announced classes are canceled (or will be held remotely) for Tuesday,
