In a post on Twitter, Konami announced the next Silent Hill Transmission livestream, which will take place on March 13, 2025 at 6pm EDT. The post says that the stream will "uncover Silent Hill f," the codename for the next game in the series, and the first original game in over a decade.

Silent Hill f, the first new mainline entry to the long-running horror franchise, will be revealed on a livestream scheduled this week.

Silent Hill fans receive very exciting news, as a major reveal is confirmed to be coming on March 13 that will shape the future of the franchise.

As per that initial reveal, Silent Hill f's story will be by Ryukishi07 (who created the When They Cry visual novel series), while its characters and creatures are designed by Kera. The game's producer is Motoi Okamoto, whose name you may recognise from Nintendo. Neobards, meanwhile, is handling the development side of things.

Unfortunately, Kojima had a very public break up with Konami prompting the cancelation of Silent Hills in 2015. It broke the hearts of millions of fans and resulted in numerous developers trying to mimic what people liked about the concept/teaser for Silent Hills in their own games.

Konami has announced that it will officially reveal Silent Hill f in full as part of a Silent Hill Transmission showcase set for later this week.
