Storm Floris has been named with Brits given a yellow weather warning by the Met Office as the country is facing severe winds that could reach 85mph in some areas

Met Éireann has issued a weather advisory for Storm Floris, which will bring wet and unseasonably windy weather on Sunday night into bank holiday Monday.

"A UK heatwave threshold is met when a location records a period of at least three consecutive days with daily maximum temperatures meeting or exceeding the heatwave temperature threshold," The Met Office said previously.
