White, one of the team’s biggest fan favorites was also the very first player to be drafted by head coach Sean McDermott. As such, his departure was all bitter, no sweet.

Cornerback Tre’Davious White is rejoining the Buffalo Bills after agreeing to a one-year contract worth up to $6.8 million, the player’s agent told The Associated Press.

The Bills and White agreed to terms Thursday on a one-year deal to bolster the depth of the cornerback room, a league source said. ESPN reported the deal can be worth up to a maximum of $6.8 million.
