Andrew and Tristan Tate are facing charges in both Romania and the U.K. Andrew Tate and his younger brother, Tristan Tate, have gone from controversial Internet personalities to accused international criminals.

Andrew and Tristan Tate returned to Romania on Saturday. They face charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have left the US for Romania to “prove” their “innocence” in court. Speaking to reporters outside their Bucharest home, the pair said they had returned because "innocent men don't run from anything".
