Access to sports and news on the Max streaming service will be reserved for its more expensive tiers after next month, departing the $9.99/month Basic with Ads tier.

Warner Bros. Discovery has halted plans to launch a $10 paywall for its B/R Sports tier, while also pulling sports and news content from the Max ad tier from March 30.
