Ambienta portfolio company Cap Vert Group has finalized the acquisition of N2B Arrosage, a French company specialized in the management of watering system works for green urban areas.

Bernard Bois is Cap Vert’s tenth add-on deal since Ambienta acquired the company in 2021, positioning the group as a leader in the sector with over 1,000 employees and over €100m in revenues.
