It’s the Community Christmas Tree on the second level of Vintage Faire Mall. Now in its 40th year, the charitable effort began Nov. 29, with the tree bearing tags for nearly 2,300 local children.

The store has been vacant since Christmas Tree Shops closed all of its stores ... Another store is planned for the Freehold Mall shopping center on Route 9 in Freehold Township.
