THESE PARTICULAR DUCKS ARE DOMESTIC, PRESUMABLY DUMPED PETS, AND THEY CANNOT FLY WHEN THE WATER LEVEL DROPS AT THE POND. THEY CAN’T GET OUT WHEN IT GETS SO LOW. WE HAVE TO BEG SOMEONE.
