Fox is arriving late to the streaming party with a new service set to launch by the end of the year.

Fox Corp. Executive Chairman Lachlan Murdoch said the company is working on a direct-to-consumer product aimed at cord-cutters.

Although an exact launch date for the Fox streaming service has not been confirmed, Murdoch revealed that he hopes for it to be available by the end of 2025. He said that the app is already in the process of being designed and promised to share more information in the coming months.

Fox has announced that it will be launching a new standalone streaming service by the end of the year. The announcement came in comments made by Fox Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer Lachlan Murdoch during an earnings call on February 4 (h/t Investing.
