Kevin O'Connor, former President Joe Biden 's physician, is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee about Biden's health in office after President Donald Trump waived executive privilege for O'Connor, according to a letter obtained by Newsweek.

Joe Biden's physician refused to answer questions during a closed-door deposition in House Republicans' probe of his mental acuity as president.

Republican members of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee balk at the refusal. Democrats say Congress should focus on the health of the people.
