There will be lots of art at the Peter Anderson Fest this weekend in Ocean Springs. The largest painting, by an internationally-known artist, will still wow long after the festival ends.

It doesn't just occur in clouds; it can appear in clear air, in the ocean, and even in the atmosphere ... because they paint the sky entirely grey. They can float to the ground to create fog.
