The Phillies will welcome Texas to Citizens Bank Park on March 26, then follow that with a series against the Nationals. Their first road trip takes them to Colorado and San Francisco.

The Milwaukee Brewers will open the 2026 season at American Family Field against a former rival. The White Sox will be in town for the Brew Crew's opening weekend: March 26, 28 and 29. It is the earliest opening day in Brewers history.

Maplewood’s volleyball team fell to Warren 3-1 on Tuesday at the Woodshed. The match was the team’s season and home opener. The Tigers opened the non-region match with a first-set win, but lost three straight sets to open the season 0-1.
