Aidan Kearney, who has championed Read’s claims of innocence while being charged with harassing and intimidating witnesses in her case, could testify at her retrial.

Kearney has picketed at the witnesses’ homes, confronted them publicly and posted profane rants online, including their contact information, after alleging that O’Keefe had been killed inside Brian Albert's Canton home and then dumped on the lawn in an effort to frame Read.
