Cicero police said Anthony Avila-Puebla was seen carrying multiple jugs of a flammable liquid into the building before the blast.

The man who died in a Cicero house explosion earlier this month is believed to have caused the blast, which also displaced multiple families, the Cicero Police Department announced Saturday

Puebla. He allegedly had a relationship with one of the residents who lived in the building in the 2200 block of South Central Avenue that exploded and caught fire Feb. 15.
