At this time a year ago, Nelly Korda was in the early stages of doing something spectacular in the world of golf. She had two victories under her belt and was in the process of putting together five wins in as many LPGA Tour tournaments.

The LPGA Tour returned to action on Thursday as they began play at the JM Eagle LA Championship. With the first major of the season in the Chevron Championship taking place next week this is the last time for players to really lock in as they prepare.
