A juvenile died and a driver suspected of driving under the influence was arrested after a head-on crash in Napa County on Friday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said.

CPD said the juvenile was visiting a parent who lives near the cemetery at the time of the incident. In an interview with detectives, the juvenile reportedly admitted to vandalizing the headstones.
