The concert will also be screened live at select AMC Theatres and and Regal Cinema locations in the U.S. If you will be on the move, iHeartRadio, the national audio partner for the event, will also feature the FireAid concert across over 860 radio stations in the U.S., digital platforms, and the iHeartRadio app.

The first of two concerts collectively being referred to as FireAid kicked off at the Kia Forum in the Los Angeles city of Inglewood, to support relief efforts in the wake of the deadly wildfires that ignited earlier this month in the LA area, claiming 29 lives and causing billions of dollars in damage.

In the past few weeks, people have been planning many, many benefits for the victims of the recent Los Angeles wildfires. The biggest of those shows went down last night: FireAid, a gigantic all-star spectacular that took over both the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum.

U2, whose members include Bono and the Edge, committed during the event to donating $1 million to the relief efforts. Steve Ballmer, former Microsoft CEO and current owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, and his wife, Connie, also pledged to match that donation and all donations made during the live broadcast of FireAid.
