The Browns’ dismal 3-14 season reportedly isn’t expected to impact the future of head coach Kevin Stefanski, but that didn’t stop Cleveland from making a major change to its staff less than a day after their 2024 campaign ended.
The Cleveland Browns wasted no time to fire their offensive coordinator, Ken Dorsey, following their 35–10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday night. The Browns also fired offensive line coach Andy Dickerson. ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi reported the news Sunday morning.
Dorsey was hired by the Browns in February of 2024 to serve as offensive coordinator. Despite being hired as offensive coordinator in the offseason, Dorsey did not take over playcalling duties until late October. At that point in time, the Browns were just 1-6 under Stefanski’s playcalling and Deshaun Watson at quarterback.
