Buccaneers re-signing WR Chris Godwin, adding pass rusher Haason Reddick
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are re-signing wide receiver Chris Godwin to a three-year, $66 million contract and adding pass rusher Haason Reddick on a one-year deal, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday.
The Atlanta Falcons will not sign free agent edge rusher Haason Reddick. But he will play in the NFC South next season. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported minutes into the NFL's legal tampering period that Reddick has agreed to a one-year, $14 million contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The deal includes $12 million guaranteed.
See ya, Haason Reddick, the Jets barely knew ya. The Jets bust — who spent one holdout-marred season with the team last year — is signing with the Buccaneers on a one-year deal worth $14 million, according to ESPN.
