Photojournalist Heinz Kluetmeier, whose portfolio includes iconic images of the "Miracle On Ice" and Michael Phelps' "Miracle Finish," has died at the age of 82.

The photographer offered some of the most defining pictures of sports’ biggest moments in the last half century, including Lynn Swann’s acrobatic catch in Super Bowl X and the US hockey team’s triumph in the Miracle on Ice.
