To be eligible to vote, a person must be 18 or older on election day, must be a resident of the corporate limits of Dover and registered to vote with the Delaware Department of Elections.
It's election day in the City of Dover. Voters in Delaware's capital city are voting for an at-large position on city council. Contested races will also be settled in Dover's First, Second, Third and Fourth Districts. Voting hours are 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and the polling place is Elks Lodge 1903 on Saulsbury Road.
