Katy Perry, CBS News’ Gayle King and Jeff Bezos’ fiancée, Lauren Sánchez, are heading to space on Blue Origin’s historic all-women mission, the company announced Thursday.

Space company Blue Origin’s next mission will be powered by a history-making crew of heavy hitters, including journalist Gayle King, pop star Katy Perry and philanthropist Lauren Sánchez.

They will be aboard the New Shepard, the centerpiece rocket of Blue Origin’s space tourism business, in a launch this spring.
