Kaoru Mitoma's injury cast a shadow over Brighton's 2-1 victory over Newcastle United in the FA Cup, as the winger was forced to hobble off in the 90th minute with a suspected knee injury.

Football Insider journalist Connor Humm revealed on 21 February that Chelsea want to sign Mitoma as they are looking to strengthen their attacking options.
