The Kokomo Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 59-year-old James Adams, who was last seen in early December and is believed to be in extreme danger.

INDIANAPOLIS — One person died in a house fire in Kokomo late Friday night. The fire was reported just after 11 p.m. on Jan. 17 in the 1100 block of North Armstrong Street, near West Elm Street and North Washington Street.
