A redevelopment project in the Council Bluffs area will replace two long-closed retail buildings with brand new places to shop.

Expect mostly sunny skies Wednesday and Thursday, and highs back in the mid 70s each afternoon, a good 5 to 10 degrees warmer than the mid 60s (our average mid to late April high temperature).
