NESQUEHONING, Pa. — Family Promise of Carbon County in Nesquehoning has a mission to help families get back on their feet.

Gov. Spencer Cox issued a drought declaration for 17 of Utah's 29 counties, following a snowpack collection season that was beneficial for parts of Utah and less than ideal for others.
