The MTA says issues plaguing riders all day happened near Manhattan's West Fourth Street station and affected train signals.

Subway service is facing major disruptions, with the B, C and M lines dealing with severe delays. Lines also experiencing delays include the A, D, E, F, Q, R, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
